Esto implica la adopci\u00f3n de acciones concretas para prevenir, detectar y\n       abordar el soborno en todas sus formas de manera racional, proporcional, efectiva y\n       pertinente.<br><br>\r\n\r\n      <span class=\"inline-bullet\">\r\n        Todo funcionario o empleado de INVEST tiene la responsabilidad de identificar y reportar indicios de soborno cuando las circunstancias lo permitan. Dichos indicios pueden incluir promesas, ofertas, obsequios, gratificaciones u otras ventajas indebidas a cambio de realizar u omitir acciones que beneficien a un tercero.\r\n      <\/span>\r\n\r\n      <span class=\"inline-bullet\">\r\n        Los funcionarios y empleados de INVEST se comprometen a cumplir y mejorar continuamente el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Antisoborno (SGAS), basado en la Norma ISO 37001:2016. Esto implica adoptar acciones concretas para prevenir, detectar y abordar el soborno en todas sus formas de manera racional, proporcional, efectiva y adecuada.\r\n      <\/span>\r\n\r\n      <span class=\"inline-dash\">El sitio web de INVEST (Formulario en l\u00ednea para denuncias de soborno)<\/span>\r\n      <span class=\"inline-dash\">Email: denuncias_soborno@invest.sv<\/span>\r\n      <span class=\"inline-dash\">Telefono: 7071-7019<\/span>\r\n      <span class=\"inline-dash\">Buzones f\u00edsicos de reporte ubicados en las oficinas de INVEST<\/span>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"policy-item\">\r\n    <span class=\"policy-num\">III<\/span>\r\n    <p>\r\n      Todo funcionario o empleado de INVEST, tiene la responsabilidad de identificar y reportar\n       indicios de soborno, cuando las circunstancias lo permitan. Estos indicios pueden incluir\n       promesas, ofrecimientos de regalos, d\u00e1divas u otras ventajas indebidas a cambio de realizar\n       u omitir acciones que beneficien a un tercero. El personal de INVEST que presencie o sea\n       v\u00edctima de estas situaciones debe rechazar categ\u00f3ricamente cualquier solicitud u oferta de\n       soborno y denunciar los hechos por medio del sitio web de INVEST (Formulario \u2013 Denuncia\n       de soborno en l\u00ednea), el correo denuncias_soborno@investinelsalvador.gob.sv, el n\u00famero\n       telef\u00f3nico 7071-7019 o Buzones de denuncia f\u00edsicos en INVEST, aportando las pruebas que\n       posea para la acci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica pertinente.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"policy-item\">\r\n    <span class=\"policy-num\">IV<\/span>\r\n    <p>\r\n      La Funci\u00f3n de Cumplimiento Antisoborno, en conjunto con el liderazgo de su presidente, es\n       responsable de verificar, evaluar y dar seguimiento a la implementaci\u00f3n efectiva de esta\n       pol\u00edtica, asegurando el logro eficiente y eficaz de los objetivos antisoborno.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"policy-item\">\r\n    <span class=\"policy-num\">V<\/span>\r\n    <p>\r\n      Los funcionarios, empleados, proveedores, socios de negocios y dem\u00e1s partes interesadas\n       relacionadas con INVEST deben cumplir con los requisitos del SGAS y su pol\u00edtica. Es\n       obligatorio para todos aplicar el marco legal y t\u00e9cnico para la prevenci\u00f3n del soborno en los\n       proyectos, actividades, relaciones y servicios institucionales.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"policy-item\">\r\n    <span class=\"policy-num\">VI<\/span>\r\n    <p>\r\n      Los funcionarios y personal que conforman todas las dependencias de INVEST, deber\u00e1n\n       adoptar las medidas necesarias para asegurar la protecci\u00f3n, confidencialidad y anonimato\n       de las personas que, con actitudes de buena fe, creencia razonable y responsabilidad,\n       denuncien presuntos actos de soborno, los cuales deber\u00e1 gestionar la Oficina de\n       Cumplimiento.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"policy-item\">\r\n    <span class=\"policy-num\">VII<\/span>\r\n    <p>\r\n      Las autoridades de INVEST realizar\u00e1n investigaciones pertinentes, agotando las\ninstancias administrativas y legales en funci\u00f3n de la naturaleza y las particularidades de\ncada caso, todo ello, sin perjuicio de las sanciones administrativas y acciones penales, en que\npuedan incurrir los infractores, a quienes se les impute un acto de soborno,\nindependientemente que sean empleados o no de INVEST, considerando el hecho, la\nnaturaleza y gravedad de la falta o incumplimiento.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n  <p class=\"policy-footer\">\r\n    INVEST, como instituci\u00f3n l\u00edder en la promoci\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n extranjera y las exportaciones\nde El Salvador, reafirma su compromiso de mantener los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de integridad,\ntransparencia y \u00e9tica en todas sus operaciones y procesos. En este sentido, implementa su\nSistema de Gesti\u00f3n Antisoborno (SGAS), del cual esta pol\u00edtica forma parte integral. El\nincumplimiento de la misma podr\u00e1 dar lugar a sanciones administrativas y acciones legales,\nincluyendo consecuencias civiles y penales.
